We had a party for the 4th of July in our backyard. It was a lot of fun, especially for the kids. All of our local family came, including Rick's grandparents. We also invited the Youngman family from church.
Uncle Todd came and hung out with the kids. We couldn't lure him onto the slip 'n slide, though.
We had a splash pool for the babies, filled the hot-tub with cold water for the bigger kids, and had a slip n' slide on the lawn. The kids also played ping-pong on the patio and jumped on the trampoline in their swimsuits. Lots of splashing, but tons of fun.
And, of course, what party would be complete without watermelon? It looks like Matthew enjoyed it. Tasty!
